Good to know
What counts as a small edit?
Small edits include limited changes to text, images or related menu prices, and small technical maintenance tasks that fit within 30 minutes per request. Several small, related changes may count as one request. A whole new page, major redesign or advanced functionality requires a separate quote. Corrections of DexterWebStudio mistakes are handled separately from the paid editing allowance.
How quickly will a normal small edit be completed?
Minor edits are often completed the same day, but this is not guaranteed. The normal intended turnaround is approximately 1–2 days. Unexpected technical issues, complicated changes or other circumstances may take longer. DexterWebStudio communicates relevant delays.
Must I subscribe to an editing plan with a managed website?
No. The monthly plan is optional. You can use paid one-off changes instead, while any separate provider costs still apply.
